I was ordering my food and I believe the lady taking my order name was Sonia was very rude when I asked a question, not only that she had her microphone on while yelling at her employees stating unprofessional behavior. I am a Dasher. I joined the drive-through line at 9:00 pm today and requested to pick up my order there. However, the employee at the next window refused me, stating that I would have to come inside—even though my order was already ready. This is not right. You discriminate against customers, and you should not be doing that.
They gave me the wrong drink disappointed
