So first off, I just wanna say that the shells are so nasty. They're stale every single time i come here. Can we please change the shells!!!
compared the every other taco bell in the area, this one should honestly be shut down. food quality is always horrible no matter what you order, they never add the things you ask them to add on any of the items, yet they still charge you extra for everything you add, customer service is an absolute joke and to top it off, they have never ONCE put napkins in the bag.
