I ordered 2 tacos. It only came with lettuce and the ground beef was cold. What's up with that??

The food lately has been pretty atrocious. Not at all fresh and they seem to not pay any attention to modifications on orders. Also every time I go I get completely different ratios on the same items. Im done coming to this location, would rather drive up the hill to the other Taco Bell where I know I'll get what I ordered and fresh food every time.
