Rude employees and some of the worst service i've ever gotten. Lack of basic communication skills and willingness to help customers
Took 15 minutes in the drive thru for them to make my nachos wrong, how do you forget nacho cheese on nachos?!
The Quality/service has gone down quite a bit. Used to be pretty decent but now the majority of the time my order is either messed up/cold/or takes 20 minutes (with no line) or all of the above.
