Waiting over 40 minutes for two items. Asked for a refund and was told that wasn’t possible. Finally got my food and it was awful. Food was cold and not prepared properly. Not to mention the attitude of the people working there.
Ordered online from taco bell app and waited in the store for more than 1 hour and order not ready yet. App status say preparing the order. There is no way to cancel the order and the staffs at the store do not tell what is the estimated time. After i come out of store, the status says 'Ready'. The store is closed now and they want me to go via drive way to pick it up.. not waiting for one more hour!! Such a bad experience today!! Wasted 1.5 hours!!
45 minutes for 5 tacos. Never again.
This Taco Bell keeps accepting delivery orders even when they have a queue of 30+ cars and have no way to possibly fulfill the order in a timely fashion. Not only is it bad for the customer, it's also unfair to the delivery drivers who often have to give up on the order. I received my food 2.5 hours after ordering through the Taco Bell app and they insisted that I demand a refund from DoorDash (rudely). Management and service here is terrible
8 people working on a Saturday night 10ish, no clear manager and line wrapped around parking lot drive in. Ordered here on way home for quick pickup and ordered on Metro 15m before got to car. Waited maybe 30m before order started. Kitchen was chaos, no one came to register to ever check on customers. Came inside to try to get order faster. Extra. Taco. Items randomly placed in bags. Food itself was good but they need a manager directing and focusing efforts. Won't be back.
