Was there a couple weeks ago and overhead this short dark skinned what seemed to be a manager threaten to lay hands on another manager who actually was doing their job seen same person ignoring the other manager about reminding them to take temperatures better serving food. Now came I today I see the same person who threatened the other still here but the other manager i haven't seen And my food was garage everything cold sloppy although all items were in bag it was as if thevwas just all stuffed in bag with no regard
Screwed up the order. Lied to be about being out of stuff I saw them making. Forgot parts of my order and put no steak in my burrito
This is one of the better taco bell locations around not by much but I do go a little out of my way to stop at this one over a couple of others.
The unfriendliness of this place is beyond your imagination. No smiles. No hellos. Your order is a drudgery to do. All orders are a pain. The employees must be highly trained to be hyper-rude, eye rolling, scoffing when asked a question. And I've been there multiple times but I'm there to get my order, sit down, watch the other customers bring treated rudely so I realize it's not personal. I went here tonight (8/18/25) having made a mobile order for my wife and me. I have to say, they got the order 100% correct. I want to add that both my wife and I had special customizations of our box and they got both of them correct. Great job y'all, and the team members working were absolutely friendly and helpful.
