I visited this location this evening and attempted to place an order through the drive-thru after the app would not process my order. I was informed that the steamer was broken and several items were unavailable. After trying to order about five different items, I finally asked what they could prepare and was told tacos and burritos. Stood at this register over 5 minutes....3 employees.... I'm the only customer... not 1 person offered to take my order? Needs new Management and crew! Terrible customer service!
Pay more so responsible adults can work there and not teens playing in the kitchen at 10pm. They Reminded me of why I avoid this Taco Bell all over again
Missing food sometimes. Chips have been either Super and inedible salty or taste like old grease, again- inedible. I wish the burritos were rolled properly, so I don't get a mouthful of sour cream on one end followed by other stacked contents. It's supposed to be everything in every bite, right? Lastly, when something is wrong, it's hit or miss whether they will answer the phone. I do love Taco Bell, I just wish they would "Do better"!
Took a hour and still didn’t get food and other times I’ve gone the tacos were stale
