The lobby is always dirty. They do not clean the tables or the floor. They always only have minimal staff and they try to force you to use the Kiosk to place an order. The lobby Air Conditioning is always set so low that it is always freezing inside. Update: 2 months later and it is still the same. Had to order from Kiosk and it is taking forever to get order. It’s not even lunch rush yet. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have ever been to.
Horrible all the way around I do not know what is up with this Taco Bell here in Fayetteville but they need to get there shit together I don't know if they need them fire and rehire or they just need to hire people but they need to figure it out and do it because this is horrible The service is horrible and the food is horrible this makes like the fourth time we've been through and they have completely messed the order up when I asked them tonight to remake the Mexican pizza they messed up they messed it up on the remake aga... read more

How are y’all busy as hell and the order taker is on the phone?? Why do I have to wait 20 minutes after I ordered my food on the app?? This Taco Bell is horrible needs some management the drive thru clerk has been on his phone since I got here I had to get his attention just to ask about my food
