Refused to take our order at the counter. When we called to complain to the manager, they just hung up on us. Terrible service. Wouldn't be surprised if the kitchen is dirty with that kind of laziness and lack of accountability.
This Taco Bell is ridiculous. They refuse to help their customers when someone needs help. They will not take orders from customers ant the front counter no matter what and then when you call to complain and ask they hang up on you and tell you they did things that they didn’t such as offer to come back and help after they ignored me standing in front of them. If Taco Bell or the gm of this location could help them be more helpful that would be great!
the woman in the window tonight she has glasses on ik you probably have a few people with glasses but omggg she is the sweetesttt person and my food came fast and fresh 10/10!!
