I'm not sure what you think you are accomplishing with your new drive thru process but it isn't working. It takes longer and moves the line into the parking lot.
Twenty minutes stuck in a drive through and no way to get out. Why do they have two kids standing outside taking orders? Not even pulling people to the other drive through it really takes ten minutes for person's order? Where are the managers?
