One of my items was missed. The employee kept asking what I was ordering, seemed a bit distracted to which I understand they’re busy. I had confirmed my order. And after I received everything and arrived home, one of my items was still missing. Though it is the first time this occurs.
Imagine waiting thirty five minutes for a taco you ordered an hour ago. It seems every time I visit this location and this girl jasmine is workingThere is a line of twelve cars and horrible service taking place. What makes it worse... Very poor customer service slow i'm unprofessional
A worker had started taking my order on June 22nd working at 1:50 in the morning when another worker stripped the mic from her and interrupted claiming that the “system” was going to be down for 20 minutes. I proceeded to wait for 30 minutes and when went around to the window was neglected service once again. It was obvious the workers were being complacent and untruthful.
