It was September 3,at 10:30pm went to drive thru there was no one in line there and no one dining in.. My husband and I sat at intercom for a good 10mins.. So after saying hello 5 time we went to window, didn't see anyone.. We drove off and came back there was 2 cars at drive thru we finally got to place order at that time.. Went to window and paid with card.The guy that took order wasn't very nice and the other guy at window was no better.. We didn't receive a receipt in bag and the food was cold.. Airport thruway taco bell is the best in Columbus hands down. My family only gets vegetarian items from Taco Bell and most of the other locations make it very difficult or gives attitude. However, airport thruway gets it right every time. Thank you airport thruway taco bell team for caring, and making sure my family and my children's dinner is made right on days when I don't have the time or energy to cook.
