Ordered my food for mobile pick-up. Stood at the counter for over 20 minutes without any presence of staff. When I finally got my food, it wasn’t what I ordered.
I used to love coming this location. Things that I've noticed. -they're pulling people up to manipulate their drive thru times -they're not toasting/cooking the hard shells. Including the shell that goes in the crunch wrap and it's so gross. -they're not courteous -order has been wrong the last 3 times I've been there I don't know if it's management or ownership but somebody needs to get in there and fix it. Short cuts cause money loss.
SMOKE ONE FIRST
DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Food was cold and had obviously been sitting for a while before we received it, We waited forever and it was only us in the drive thru. Drinks had no ice, and when we asked for ice we were rudely told no. And the window slammed in our face. Who owns this taco bell???? They should have their franchise taken away!!!
