I now drive to a Further taco bell, always terrible rude customer service. Or not even greeted at all ( only been in the drive thru, mostly late night ) crappy food and worse service.
Customer service isn't good, takes more than enough time for a simple drink and lack of work or activity during shifts. It took 20 minutes for a drink and wasted my time, multiple workers not serving or slacking. Would not recommend this place if your in a rush or if you want a quick meal.
There was a miscommunication on my order and they rectified it and made me a complete new order!! I was able to enjoy my dinner thanks to the wonderful customer service at this restaurant!
They didn't give us the correct items for our order and ignored dietary restrictions that were stated at the time of ordering. Wrong items, wront number of items. Not even close..
Only giving one star because I had to, 3 stars for food because I mean its taco bell food...service was HORRIBLE no greeting, they were talking to each other about their love life as they were handing out my drinks. Did a mobile order at 1030ish, got there at 1040 and waited an additional 10 mins for my food. No thank you, they didn't even look in our direction to hand us our drinks or food and the bag of food almost fell to the ground had we not caught it.
