Terrible service. They are always out of EVERYTHING. I’m not sure who manages this store, but they seriously need to get it together—or get someone in there who can. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Food, supplies, Baja Blast, sauce packets… what the heck?! They’re constantly out of something. You can never get any of the new items or specials they advertise because they don’t have them. Please save yourself the trip and drive a couple extra miles to another Taco Bell

I called before hand to see if they had Baja Zero as it’s the only thing I wanted and a lot of taco bells have been out of it as of late. It took 3 different dudes answering the phone to still not answer my question, and then tell me they did not have it (they did) and told me not to show up. I show up, order it, and then once I get my drink at the window, I confirm with the guy who handed it to me that it was zero since he looked at another guy and said “how dare you” so I’m already nervous about what he did to my drink. I will typically order online and will consistently have missing items. Sauces are understandable but missing food items are irritating. Its been more consistent and I dont typically have time to go in and get it fixed as its not something I should be worried about. I would appreciate if the employees just doubled check the bags is all I ask.
