I came into the restaurant around noon today. And the big guy in the back smiled waved and welcomed me in then stopped what he was doing to come take my order. He was very pleasant and friendly. They had a decent amount of cars in the drive but it still didn't take long for me to get my food. While I was sitting down enjoying my enchiritos the volume picked up substantially. Attempted to give this location another chance. Some how it’s gotten even worse. Drink was flat, and the food looks like minimum effort was put into it. And literally thrown together and a mess. This location needs to close or they need a new owner because this location gives Taco Bell the worst reputation they could get.
This Taco Bell was an extremely disappointing experience. My husband and I placed a mobile order, and when he arrived at the drive-thru to pick it up, he waited to speak with an employee rather than responding to the automated system. When a male employee finally came on the speaker, he immediately became hostile and rude with my husband for not responding to the automated prompt.
