I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered at Taco Bell. The staff was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I politely asked for it to be fixed, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The wait time was excessive despite the restaurant not being busy, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and unprofessional.
