Ive been coming to this Taco Bell for a while. Sadly it seems its just slowly getting worse and worse. After waiting 20 mins to get my food they forgot to hand me my Baja Blast Freeze. It was when the lounge was closed and i didnt want to wait at the drive thru line for another 20+ minutes. I went and knocked at the door. Everyone just looked at me like i was crazy even after waving to get there attention. I call and someone answers and tells me they cant let me in. My best friend and I went to taco bell and ordered 2 #3's, one set hard, one set soft, and a #8. A number 3 is three supreme tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, meat, cheese, and sour cream, none of which had tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream. The #8 is 3 Doritos locos tacos which we received 3 hard shell tacos with meat and lettuce. Not only were we charged $17+ but restaurants don't just unfulfilled orders from customers, that's how they get reviews for lazy workers.
SLOWEST DRIVE THROUGH EVER!!!! There are only 2 cars in front of me and I've already waited 15 minutes!!! This happens all the time. Really I don't know why I still come here! Speed up your drive through, some people are on lunch break!!!!!!
I dont no why that day was the slowss day one girl was text on her phone and the other one just looking around like she didnt no what to do i will never go back again
