Our order is consistently either wrong or made incredibly poorly to the point it’s not worth the money you pay for it. We live close so we want to use this location but we have decided to drive an extra 10+ minutes to another location whenever we want T Bell because this one is so consistently bad.
Do you want the most underwhelming and cold food possible? Well this is the Taco Bell for you! Do you also HATE when your order is correct? My great niece got a burrito, fries and a green slushie drink. She loved it! Her first time at Taco Bell!
During my visit I observed the staff acting in a complete unprofessional behavior. Yelling and cussing that they were not going to remake a customers order. The manager appeared to have no regard to this as he brushed off their behavior and carried on. I have a 19 month old and she does not need to hear this! The profanity and the unprofessional behavior have now deterred me and my family away from this location!
