My complaint isn’t about the service or the food. My complaint is about the trap they call a parking lot. If you go during a busy time, be prepared to get stuck. If their drive thru has more than 2 people, the overflow will back into their main parking lot blocking all traffic. They spent months renovating this location only to completely neglect this portion of the experience.
Extremely pleased with the food tonight 6/1/26. Maybe they saw the $10 off coupon from a past (like three times now) mistake at trotwood and hooked it up, or maybe, just maybe, they actually put out a decent product like it’s supposed to be. Thank you bear creek night team!
