I had a great experience at Taco Bell - Two Notch Rd! Shaniqua and Devin were super friendly and made sure my order was fresh and correct. Their positive attitudes really stood out. Great customer service like that keeps me coming back! 🌮
Ordered a unsweetened iced tea, received sweet tea. Ordered a burrito Supreme with creamy jalapeño sauce. The sauce costs extra. It Wasn't on my burrito, although they said it was. Didn't offer any on the side. Only 1 employee smiled. No greeting from anyone. Not a very friendly place.
I was the only car in the drive thru and few cars in the lot. Took 10 minutes to get my food. The didn't provide a straw for the drink or the requested sauce. I was made to feel like I was bothering them.
