I went through the drive thru yesterday. There was no line, so they weren't busy. I asked for extra lettuce on a burrito and ordered nachos chips. There was barely any lettuce (it seemed like less lettuce) and my chips were spilled all over the bag.
Absolute trash, from customer service to food. I ordered the tenders and fries the tenders were so over cooked the chicken wasn’t even chicken and more and my fries were so soggy. What trash
It's a typical Taco Bell
So, it's evident that the people who work here might need some more training. We ordered a quesadilla, and I kid you not, we were asked if we wanted cheese on it. Not dipping cheese, the actual cheese that literally makes the quesadilla. Overall, this location might not be the best choice if you're expecting to have the most very basic food prepared for you. Go to the one out around interquest.
Unfortunately, the food at this Taco Bell wasn't that great, constantly greasy. They didn't strain the meat properly, but it is fast food. So, there's not much to expect.
