No drivers were taking the order until around 2 hrs past our order time. We got there and they wouldn't let us in to pick up the food; we had to go through the drive through. Bullshit service.
we ordered food, waited for 2 1/2 hours just for our order to be canceled and the store dodging all phone calls. after waiting an hour and a half i called had to call 5 times just told be told they have 7 pages of orders and don't know when it would be ready. i called again 7 times after it was canceled to get a reason as to why it was canceled and they once again ignored every phone call. this is ridiculous.
I hate all fast food restaurants that have gone to the kiosk and half of the time they don't work. Which in turns makes service terrible.
