Absolute joke of a place, I placed an online order, they forgot 2 burritos and so I drove back, let them know and not a single apology....they just gave me the 2 cold burritos they left there and walked away

i placed an online order through the taco bell app at exactly 9:00pm. for reference, ive worked at four different taco bell locations so im pretty knowledgeable when it comes to taking and recieving orders as i was mainly a cashier who helped out with food when needed. i arrive at the restaurant at 9:07pm to pick up my order, three different people approached me and asked who i was picking up for, so i gave the name. they didnt start working on the order until 9:17pm, and i didnt recieve my order until 9:27 pm. my lunch brea... read more
