They completely dropped the ball on a Meal for 4 we ordered on Uber Eats. They gave us one of each item when it's supposed to be 4 tacos, 2 crunchwraps, 2 quesadillas, and 2 nachos. This is entirely unlike the location as I've ordered in the past with no issues. Thankfully Uber Eats came through with a proper refund for what I didn't receive. I would avoid late night orders if you don't want to be disappointed like we were.
It’s 2:30 am No grill item and no fries , I’m not sure coz they r closing by 3 am that’s why . However that’s not ok and never go back again
Worst Taco Bell. There can be no one in drive thru or inside and it will take them 20 mins to make your food.
I placed an order on the app and chose pick up drive thru. When I got there, I saw the drive thru was 10 cars deep so I went inside thinking there was no issue since I’ve paid for my order and all I had to do was pick up. The employee then says oh no, you still have to wait until those 10 cars are taken care of before we process your order. So I said ok can I just cancel my order since I’m on a short lunch break.
