I made an error when ordering and the food order was sent to the wrong location. I tried to cancel or transfer the order within seconds of it going through and called the other location to stop them from making the food but they couldn’t cancel the order. So even though they were no longer making the food I still couldn’t get my money back. This location that I was at, was kind and helped me get my food even though it was my error. If you do an online order for pickup either through the drive-thru or inside the location you have to stick with what you chose, otherwise it's going to be given to someone else If it's between 12:00 and 2:00 p.m. on a weekday and school is in session do not do an online order for pickup at the drive-thru, has taken me 30 minutes just to move through the drive-thru to pick up something that I could have set up to pick up inside.
