Rude staff. “These door dash piss me off” an employee said. Another asked their manager when they are locking the lobby doors, the manager said 11 o’clock, and the employee said ”finally!” It was very belittling to be spoken about like this in public. Your employees need to be trained better to speak with respect, especially towards customers and delivery drivers.
