So this time going to Taco Bell, after ordering online, and paying for food, the taco bell is not serving any food at all because of maintenance. Rewards points do not get refunded when the order is cancelled, and I'm pretty sure most of workers don't know how to refund them, and you have to wait a whole week for the refund. That was a huge waste of rewards points and time.
Lost my rewards I used on my order. I ordered on the mobile app and was told at the window they weren’t serving food. I told the worker I had already been charged and she told me she can’t do anything. I canceled in the app and was notified I’d be refunded in 5 business days. I’m on a tight budget.
