We put in a large order at the drive-thru and discovered they forgot several items once we got home. Went back to Taco Bell and the employee, instead of making things right and GIVING US OUR FOOD WE PAID FOR, decided to gaslight us and argue that the food was in there. Seriously? Absolutely embarrassing service — you're going to fight with us over a $4 burrito? Also, this was a memorial lunch for my brother. He loves Taco Bell so we get it every year in honor of him. The woman at the window was so sweet to me even though we had a discrepancy the last time we had an interaction when my order was not correct and I had a bad day. She handled everything and she was wonderful and she should be promoted for how she interacted with me. She is incredible.
