I ordered online and went in to pick it up, no hi welcome in nothing just what’s your order! I was all smiles due to my own personal work experience in fast food but that didn’t matter still unfriendly and straight to the point! Got my food I asked for no beans on my nacho supreme, lo and behold full of beans ugh!!! I’ve worked for a Taco Bell and would’ve never expected this behavior from employees because Taco Bell used to hold the customers as a high priority and the attitude was not allowed!! Unfortunately, the whole experience was very disappointing. We ordered four Cantina chicken tacos, a grilled cheese burrito and a large nacho fry and a regular nacho fry. All four Cantina chicken tacos did not have the melted cheese on the outside. It was like they threw cheese in the wrapper on the outside of the taco shell and that's how they served it. ordered the dipping taco box, no dipping sauce and no cheese sauce for the chips. asked for no beans on my burrito and to sub beef instead, it was all bean. also ordered a beef burrito on the side and got another bean burrito instead. i work in a kitchen and tbh i really don't like these review systems. everyone has off days, things get messed up from time to time, its easier that most think to make mistakes and i try to give the benefit of the doubt, i get it. but this visit just felt like no effort was taken at all. just d... read more
