I had a rough experience last night at Taco Bell so my boyfriend and I we ordered some food and I can tell the cashier order taker was frustrated and I told her I’m sorry for frustrating you and I heard girl that came out from her mouth but when her manager was beside her she had to switch it up that’s not how you need to talk to customers. Has the highest rate of not messing up my orders and always remember how I want it....also the staff are lovely
9/06/2025 Got home from this Restaurant 031438. The order included four items and they screwed up two. The Cantina Chicken Bowl had sour cream, even though the order stated not to add it. The Cantina Chicken Cheesy Street Chalupa was a no show. Its all good saying I needed to check my order, but two staff members checked it before giving it to me. Around 12:30, ordered the "chessy" street chalupas and this is the amount of chicken that was in it ....... a total of 2 pieces of chicken and the outside wasnt chesse crusted. Very disappointed
