They’re usually great but today I got a beef taco instead of a spicy potato taco and that’s a huge issue as a vegetarian because now I genuinely can’t eat that. As well as being told they were out of rice because of the car infront of us, even though I had made a mobile order before that car even got there so I feel the rice should’ve been used on my order :/

Speaking only for the Drive-Thru - it is VERY slow and they only process one order at a time. Online orders are not faster than just ordering manually. When you pull up to the MIC you need to wait there for them to get an order out, then they will talk to you. When you tell them you have an online order, it takes them 1 to 2 minutes to pull it up - to then read back every item. Then there is additional time answering a multitude of questions they pose.
