Came in for lunch on 6-23-26 about 1245pm waiting about 15 minutes before the cashier appeared from the bathroom and immediately began being rude and proceeded to refuse to take our order and started cussing us out and even followed us out to the parking lot screw and threatening us, will not return to this location
Got home and they left items out. Wanted me to drive back to just get what they left out without recognizing any of the inconvenience and cost to do so.
EDIT: Absolutely will not be going back OMG. The guy with the neck tat is still awesome but the other employees are not it. Was argued with about a wrong order. I tried to give grace and understand that the guy was new but when the employees argue with you about a sauce cup and refuse to fix your order it’s game over. NO TO THIS TACO BELL. they used to be good but apparently there’s little management oversight and no one truly cares about the customer experience anymore. Placed in app order. Was ready fast, young man working was super polite, greeted me wien I entered and told me to have a great day on The way out. Will be back. Whoever is managing this location needs to train the 23rd street OKc staff. 🌮
