I waited to get my food for at least 30 minutes. they told me to pull around to the front and there were ten other cars waiting to. i could see the workers inside doing absolutely nothing and not making any food and just laughing.
Slow as hell. Spent almost 10 minutes at the window for a simple order, 3 tacos and one chalupa. Which they even messed up the order.
Worst wait time for take out I've ever experienced. Ordered a #7 deluxe box at 8:41pm didn't get my food till 9:30pm. I'm never going back there.
I’ve been here a few times with terrible service. Hour long waits, can’t do debit. And finally 9/15 can not take any drive thru orders. They would only do app/ door dash. Why even be in business if you’re unable to do drive thru orders. Geez!!! No more.
This location has gone completely to hell. Over 45 mins wait for an order that was a single drink on one visit, on another visit saw an employee on the prep line use gloved hands to push down items in the trash can and went back to preparing a taco. Disgusting and definitely not up to code. They also often are closed and only taking doordash orders.
