Went through the drive through the other night and the experience was alright over all until we discovered we were missing an item and the other items were wrapped so poorly food was falling out everywhere. I went in to inform them of our missed item. This location used to be great but now it absolutely sucks. They up my order anytime I go there. I very clearly order vegetarian foods and there is beef or chicken in my entire order without fail. How hard is it to leave off a protein? The receipt clearly shows no meat. Sloppy and just bad.

paid $12 for a bowl and it came out extremely watery and soggy. The rice and sauce were separated, the lettuce was wilted, and it looked nothing like it usually does. It wasn’t edible. When I asked for it to be remade, the employee said they could remake it but that it would “come out the same.” I asked why it’s usually not watery, and they said that’s just how the rice came out today.
