I ordered a black bean and rice and a black bean Gordita crunch through DoorDash. Instead of cancelling my order I got two cold lumps of disgusting refried beans. If you're out of something don't assume the customer wants some crappy brick hard substitution. And as someone who's worked for Taco Bell, it's not hard to make black beans. Yall are just lazy.
I visited this location around lunchtime on a Sunday and had a very frustrating experience. After getting to the window, the staff instructed me to put my car in reverse and back up to a post in the drive-thru lane. They gave no explanation, and when I tried to pull forward because someone was honking at me, they "shooed" me back again. It seems they are trying to trick their service timers by making the sensors think the window is clear. Just went and got food after a long work day… got home and found THIS GARBAGE of a steak quesadilla which is overpriced enough as it is. Shame on whoever made this and served it. Tried to call the store for a refund, but oh, the line is disconnected. I hope whoever made this nasty food always gets nasty food when they go out to eat. And they can never get a refund either.
Anytime I’ve been here the employees inside have been the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve encountered recently. Why are we gossiping about customers with the window open and you’re right there? Honestly fire the whole team and start over.
