This is 3 times now over 2 weeks that I ordered and PAID for a product that was avalible on the order screen yet apparently unavailable and each time they substituted without telling me. I get if you're out of a product but TELL THE CUSTOMER, so they can decide if they still want to pay for something they didn't order or want. Otherwise its fraud and theft
Went to Taco Bell on Dublin and Powers today at 700pm. It was rush hour. Drive thru line was backed up, and several people in the lobby waiting for food. My order of 3 items took 25 to 30 minutes. Food was decent. Staff was friendly, they just need to work on their speed of their orders. This is a busy store. I never see a manager there, only kids working. Im not sure how taco bell stays in business. I got a 12 pack of tacos supreme and there is no meat in half .the wife ordered 2 beef chalupas one was chicken . And the order was 50$ .....serious greed and 0 accountability. Time for taco bell to go under
This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Today they had no utensils.... no forks... how do you eat your food that you just putchased.. the food was such a mess you needed a fork. very disappointing..How does the manager let this happen?.. its time for corporate to get a new manager here to fix this Taco Bell
