I am extremely upset with my visit to Taco Bell today, as I was trying to order there was someone else talking on the headphones as well joking and playing around so they did not hear correctly what I was trying to order and got my order wrong when I then went back in they tried to deny me and tell me that that’s not what I ordered. I am extremely upset and disappointed with how I was treated and the service. taco Bell please do better. I feel as though training and employment needs to be taken more seriously!
Staff has always been friendly. On rare occasions that the order wasn't correct they were very quick to make things right.
I would like to shout out Mrs Tabitha. She went above and beyond with her kindness and good customer service. If she's not a manager she needs to be one !!! Because of her we will be return customers
Come'on it's TB, gets the job done consistently.
No new menu options like the other tbs.
