Atmosphere and interior was great; like every other Taco Bell you’d expect. Service on the other hand was very poor. A bunch of people in line before me and zero sense of urgency from the staff. All in all, it took about 25 min for me to get my food.

Don't order online/in app for in store pickup. They don't work the front desk/registers at all. There really should be a person to just get names and take orders. They also don't put finished orders on the delivery pickup spot (probably due to thefts). When you try to ask somebody to spare literally three seconds to see if your order is made (when the app says it is) they get annoyed and say wait. Since 2016 I’ve waited for this Taco Bell (it’s my local one) to get better. For 10 years it’s gone further and further down hill. It’s Taco Bell… I don’t expect the moon, I know what I’m getting. This location can’t deliver 1/3 of that. Taking 30 minutes to fix my order in store after spending 30 minutes in a line that would have taken 1/9 the time in some small rural town is beyond me. The owner needs to to better.
