I placed an online order. Got to the store and Ree who claimed she was the manager on duty was the rudest person in customer service I've ever encountered. She claimed she couldnt find our order, refused to make it or refund our money even though I showed her the order on my phone, email, provided the order number and where it cleared my bank account and she had nothing but attitude because we were "tying up her drive thru " and refused to do anything to resolve it.
Got a pack of 12 soft tacos. Lawd, they filled those tacos to the brim!
This is the second time I have ordered in a WEEK AND THE FOOD IS NOT DONE...this is HORRIBLE
This has been my go-to Taco Bell since I moved to the area 2 years ago. It’s been steadily declining, but now it’s just horrible. Waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and got this. Ordered the rolled quesadilla and subbed it for black beans. I got this mush with pinto beans. Didn’t even get the cantina chicken tacos I ordered. The guy at the window was nice, but it doesn’t mean much when the food is incorrect and missing.
