This place is steadily going down hill and has been for months. The service alternates between bad snd incompetent, with the decent workers not nonexistent but far and few between. Today it hit the peak of bad performance as we pulled up and had to wait fifteen minutes to even have our order taken and God knows how long the perspn ahead of us had already been waiting. took 30 minutes for a taco and a burrito? and the lady had the NERVE… to say she called my name mind you 3 people sitting with me. none of us heard a name called for the entire time we were sat. while atleast 12 people went through the drive through. if you could read, or maybe SPEAK UP. maybe you wouldn’t have such TERRIBLE reviews at this location. my food was then sat in the mobile pickup while the ticket clearly said dine in… do better.
Staff is always friendly but the wait can be ridiculous at times
