Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes for two tacos. The tacos I got are stale. This place has been awful for a year The incompetence is incredible. If this is how Taco Bell likes to maintain their franchises, I'm never going to one again.
Ordered 2 Doritos a supreme they came out with what seemed like an entire bag of sour cream! The managers food cost should be through the roof with this! Also apparently the staff is playing games! Who puts that much sour cream on a taco? Wish I took a picture! This is crazy! Managers get your staff in check! Spent 17.99 to throw most of it away! This Taco Bell was the best in town till now! I want my $ back!
The service times in drive thru are ridiculous 😕. They just keep getting worse! There also need to be some consistency with portions with meat! One day you get a good amount then next day almost no meat at all!
Shout out to manager Tony for remaking our order without hesitation after a little mix up. He went above and beyond to make our experience a great one.
