The poor rating is for the one staff member - for the way we were treated by him/them. At the start of the conversation, we mentioned we're new to ordering at Taco bell in the US and not sure what they call it here in the US - we wanted to order a burrito bowl. Hoping that they would recommend us the name of the dish similar to a burrito bowl. The first person who was taking the order was not sure so he fetched his colleague.
