I ordered online had my friend pick up the food because I was still working when she picked up the food my drink was only half way filled and was not a large . When my friend asked the staff to fix it they said no because her name was not on the order even though the receipt clearly states large freeze . Ridiculous that they can’t abide by the order it doesn’t matter who picks it up!!
The only complaint that I would have is the amount of homeless people that comes in and out of the restaurant. Which is something I don't think they could control.
My go to Taco Bell in Long Beach! No drive thru is the only sucky thing but truly the fanciest taco bell !
love the location and architecture of this taco bell. its unique in so many ways. Great staff. customer service is awesome. Not that this particular restaurant has bad food, but all fast food in general has lots of room for improvement.
