There's no taco bell where I live so I've been looking forward to this for so long. After a 25 minute wait, they forgot the meat in my burrito. X2!! Idk why I paid extra bc I could have just gotten a cheesy bean burrito. Didn't notice until I was on the freeway otherwise I would have gone back and made them remake it
I accidentally ordered from a location that was far away on the app. I told the cashier my current problem and he was clueless and told me to fill out the form the other two cooks just looked at me helplessly I was polite but no one cared or even bothered to take initiative. Granted it was my mistake to begin with it just good to treat everyone with a little bit of kindness especially with silly mistakes
It is ok but sometimes I wish it was cleaner
