Went to tacobell tonight on 4/25/26. Was looking though the menu when the two employees on the speaker told me that i was running up their times and needed to hurry or order through the app. Very rude and I ended up just leaving and going to whataburger.
A worker here, im not sure what her name is but its a older middle aged lady with red hair, i think she is a manager, everytime ive entered the store she has been a wonderful server. So full of energy and enthusiastic, it really brings positivity to the experience. The first time I ordered here they had been a little late on my order so she gave us multiple "free taco passes" of some sort. She is a lovely worker !
I dont know the name of the lady but im pretty sure she is a general manager, a older lady. While I was at tacobell a friend of mine got me a cup in which I got soda in it, they handed it to me and I did not get it myself. While sitting there the lady came up to me getting mad at me and my friend accusing us of openly breaking the rules and refusing to ever give us water cups again.
