Was on the phone with a business partner to witness them get a wrongly made order, get it replaced, then have an employee argue with them about it only to have the manager refund it then say they have probably never been happy a day in their lives. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional attitudes towards a paying customer.
I need to talk to someone in charge because even the district manager is rude as hell I need corporate number ASAP. Please do not have go up there everyday because I will. Prices must change from day to day since we got the same meal but it cost 30 the 2nd time the first time was about 6 dollars.. wonder why that is!
