This place is terrible. Ordered through the Drive thru. The guy taking my order had the personality of a shoe. He was so soft spoken I could barely hear him. I ordered a slow roasted CHICKEN Gordita and got a ground beef one that I could not even eat. I ordered 4 chicken quesadillas looked like someone set on them. I ordered two tajin tacos and got regular ones. Horrible I spent $68 dollars for crap!
An hour in the drive thru. An Hour in the drive thru while the lobby was closed. Absolutely insane.
Lazy employees. Either too lazy or not educated enough to read their own receipts and finish putting my items in my DoorDash order. Absolutely pathetic store and staff.
Avoid this location. Terrible order management, no attention to detail, guests seem like an inconvenience to the staff. Why are drive thru orders prioritized while guests inside wait for 30 minutes?
ZERO STARS WORST TACO BELL EVER. STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I’ve already called multiple times and been told I’d receive a refund and a call from a general manager and have yet to get a call or my money back and I was there over two weeks ago! Ordered on the Kiosk and didn’t get a receipt, but I can give you the card it was processed on. Was supposed to get a refund that night because we waited for over 45 mins and after I asked for the refund they still gave me food that was all wrong.
