The folks who work here are so nice, and always willing to fix a mistake in the rare instance that they happen. Glad this is my home Bell, always happy to roll up to the window. Everyone working there deserves a raise

I doordashed a luxe box with a chicken chalupa, 5 layer bean burrito, soft taco no beef, and cinnamon twists upon eating the food everything tasted fine but the five layer bean burrito, the sour cream tasted like spoiled milk. I then called the store the person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me that the date was fine and he could remake it but would be using the same sour cream. 0/5 stars for sure 👍🏼

Multiple years of a string of poor leadership. To the point where they never even take down the sign that says “under new management”. Anytime you pull into the line there’s at least a 60% chance you are going to be trapped in that drive through for 20 min. When they aren’t understaffed they’re facing technology issues. Once after being trapped for a half hour picking up food for my pregnant wife, I politely asked (it’s not the workers fault) for coupons for my trouble. Honestly this place needs to get it's act together sometimes, I drive through it's pretty quick, other times running on empty slow and I've never had a good experience going inside priority is focused on the drive through. watched a guy from door dash wait an hour for his order. Yes Drive thru is the biggest market in this small town, but that shouldn't sacrifice customers dining in. It's kinda the point of having a whole building and not just a food stand. I had my niece and nephew with me and there was Atleast 5 employees, my nephew is autistic and when we walked in we went to the counter to order and we stood there and waited for about 5 minutes just for an employee to tell us to use the kiosks. I do not like those i asked her if she can just take our order ( we were the only customers there in line)!! She told us no there's not enough employees! I will never come back to this location again!
