Experience was so/so, I went through the drive through, and it was quite late in the evening, but had to wait in line for 15 minutes to reach the mic, and then had to go directly to the window to place the order , which we had ALREADY put in the order about a half an hour prior to going there from Charleston, Mo. One of the best Taco Bells I've ever been to. The staff was friendly, our order was right, and it tasted great!
Food was good here. They had a good selection of new items and up to date. In my mind, how a company responds to their own mistakes is what makes a place good. In this case, the cheese for my chips and cheese was about a quarter full. I went to ask for more and the worker said I would have to pay. I said that it was a quarter full and he looked at me for a few seconds and ended with saying that’s policy now. I don’t buy that for a second. I don’t think he wanted to work.
