Sometimes they do very well and other times it's horrible. Im unsure if the workers just can't be consistent or the manager can't keep the same employees.
This location needs a whole revamp, the employees always look miserable and make you feel like an inconvenience even if they’re not busy. Every time I order from here I PAY for a large Baja blast freeze and every single time without fail, they give me a medium that’s only filled up 3/4 of the way. And anytime I order any type of sauce from here I never receive it even tho I’m paying $1+ for each sauce. Everything is over priced to begin with so I would at least like to receive what I’m paying for.
We are one our way home from a concert in New Orleans. I ordered on the app ahead of time. (I know they don’t make it until you get there and you are checked in, I work at Taco Bell.) I’m guessing the AI was down because they have a sign that says pull with an arrow pointing towards the window. We get to the window and tell them we had a mobile order.
