Been here multiple times ever since moving to Manton, all 3 times been over an hour wait. Now we just go to qdoba - way better and way faster.
The drive through takes an hour. Literally. I’m still waiting in the line and I ordered an hour ago, and one car is leaving every 10-15 minutes…
This restaurant is a joke 10+ minutes per order is ridiculous. You need more staff. This used too be one of the best Taco Bell’s in northern Michigan for sales and good food.
This place is an absolute joke. I stood there for OVER AN HOUR for 2 burritos! There were 5 groups that walked out as I was standing there and they said they were there for almost 2 hours. When I asked for a manger to get a refund the kid at the counter just looked at me with a blank face and walked away. A girl named CC was just standing in the corner looking at everyone in the waiting room with her hands on her hips.
