I was literally having a very bad day before I came in to get Taco Bell food, this was on Saturday July 11th. I just wanted to get my freebies from the app and then be on my way. I ordered one of my freebies, then wanted to do a seperate order to do my 2nd freebie. It wouldn't let me do my 2nd freebie. Takes an extremely long time to get order filled for food that's already prepped!!!! Other Taco Bells are much more efficient!
shelby is awful at her job. she is rude and disrespectful and will purposely get your order wrong even when you tell her twice. this taco bell is also just horrible in general. spare yourself some time and go to any other one but this one. seriously.
