Im not sure if it was some kind of sick joke but ordered from here from uber and its officially the last time i ever get taco bell from anywhere ever. Got 4 supreme regular tacos and 4 burritos for me, my girl, and her sister. Not a single one of them had meat in it. And all of them had cabbage and not lettuce, and no sour cream. Yes i triple checked, even the receipt and it was correct. All the food trash. Not to mention it was almost 40$. What a joke
I was mocked in the drive through by an employee
I am very unhappy with my service i received today, i had worked a 8 hours shift and on my 30 minute break i chose to place a mobile order at this taco bell, it took 20 minutes in the drive through and there were only 2 cars ahead of me, when i finally made it to the window the young man was very rude and had nothing to say, my nacho fries were cold on top of that! and when i was about to ask him what took so long he closed the window in my face, needless to say i will never be going back very disappointed and dissatisfied
If I could give this place a negative 1000 I would. They forgot items in my bag and items that they did not ring up when they read it back to me on the speaker. Drove home had to drive 15 minutes back after calling and then telling me it was OK. I can come pick it up to start charging me for things Then when I asked for the manager‘s name and the person I spoke with refuse to give it and said that they were not obligated to you.
