Horrible experience !! 9:30pm Sept.16th 2026 Drive through lady. Went through drive through young lady was taking my order but was rude. Got my order. When I got home. Discovered She left off my cinnamon twist. No big deal. Called the restaurant and guess who answered ? Same young lady with the tattos on here arm. Told her my issue, she took my name. Why are you locking the doors before 9 when you close at 2 a.m.? And why are you harassing 16 year old girls in the drive thru?
Drove here sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes before they even acknowledged me. Then they asked if we were picking up a door dash order, I said no. Then they said at the moment we're only doing door dash orders. If that's the case then why doesn't it say it on Google. I asked if they were open and then they just ignored me.
Everytime I eat here, something is always left out of my bag. Today it was chips, another time it was those dessert empanadas.
. Experience was pretty bad, ordered 2 burritos, when I got to the window I changed my mind about one of the burritos I wanted. I told the cashier at the drive thru to take it off. Which she did but when I had asked if I could order again at the drive through the manger said no I can’t order through the drive through again Which was odd because it was slow and there was no cars behind me. So that tells me they didn’t want to do their job. Probably was better off going somewhere else. Won’t be back
