Another update. I really don't understand how they can possibly be this bad at getting an order right. They did once. One time. In 5 years. The food is fine, but you have to check your order before you drive off. Latest few attempts = food is actually fine. Literally never gotten an order right, ever. Not one time. Not exaggerating. They were out of several drinks and gave me water for one of them without asking.
This place is poorly managed. The kiosk machine doesn't print receipt, I opted for text receipt and didn't get that. I waited forever for my order to be prepared. Without a receipt I didn't know my order number and there were no monitors to show pending orders. There were bunch of school kids and a few elderly people who all were waiting for their orders from a long long time (more than 30 mins) Outside the drive through line almost touched the Shallowford Rd. so obviously that wasn't working either.
