Im giving 5 stars because the young man that took my order was wonderful. I came in on Friday night because my daughter was having a craving. I had trouble with the ordering kiosk and got frustrated so I went to the counter. One employee came up smiling and said he could help me and no worries about my technical ineptitude. A Young man with old school customer service. Thanks, I appreciate you. 4/24/26.
Food came out fast and the staff was nice. Orders were accurate and food was fresh
We live close to this location and appreciate the convenience. But the staff often leaves out multiple items if we place mobile orders. They often seem to be too busy goofing off when preparing orders.
Okay….. I frequent this Taco Bell a lot because I live right next to it, I came at 12:04 on the dot, I work in food service I get it, but it’s an hour before close and I ordered two small items, I was so polite to the woman taking my order said thankyou, she literally was huffing under her breath saying anything else to my 2 items, I get to the window, I said hi, she ignored me, she gives me the food I said have a great night, she just slams the window , I say through the window she forgot my sauce my mild sauce that I asked... read more
