The is a young man with dreads wearing a Nike jacket, a mask, and a beanie on his head who is rude EVERY TIME I COME IN THERE. Tonight was the last straw. I was completing my order at the kiosk about to pay card in hand and on checkout screen. While I’m making sure I ordered everything he proceeded to tell me MY LOBBY IS CLOSED. Ill be honest, I come here a lot late after work and sometimes the service is not the best, and the food is wrong sometimes as well... BUT whoever this new guy they hired or started working here (Tues, Sep 8th 11pm) is amazing and is exceptional at his job. My order was completely right, thanked me for donating, and gave the BEST customer service ive had in a drive thru. Holy attitude. I see why these people work at Taco Bell. It’s illegal to charge for a cup of water as a fountain drink. These people definitely spit in peoples food. I have it all recorded on my dashcam. I’ll report to department of consumer affairs and department of agriculture. This is federally illegal
Big dude with the dreads has no business EVER talking to customers. Body language, tone, verbiage are all unfriendly and aggressive. I felt more like he wanted to fight me than give me food. It was clear he didn’t want to be there.
