Multiple times I’ve been here and they constantly fail. Never give sauce and never honor replacements. I just left with 2 Gordita’s, a stacker and a burrito that were all supposed to have chicken and none of them do. I paid extra for said chicken. This place is a scam, the management deserves to be fired, absolutely unacceptable.
This place almost never disappoints me. They get their portions right, the staff is friendly, the food is always put together neatly, they don't mess my order up, and they always deliver in a timely manner. I love this Tacobell location.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order! I didn't even know until I got home! No ice in my drink and instead of 3 tacos I got a bag of burritos. I am beyond upset. I was looking forward to getting a double decker taco now that they are back and I didn't get even 1!
Great food and no upset stomach like other Mexican fast food restaurants have.
