We placed an online order for a large group and everything was correct and no food was missing! Everything was fresh and employees were nice.
I had a really disappointing experience at the Richfield Taco Bell, and it’s honestly one of the worst fast food visits I’ve had in a long time. First off, the food quality was terrible. My order came out cold, like it had been sitting there for a while before being handed to me. The tacos were soggy, the shell was stale, and everything just tasted off. Messed up my order and gave me a ground beef taco instead of a black bean one. I’m so disappointed. I’m glad i checked before eating it since I’m a vegan and allergic to beef.
When you arrive at the cash register, I had to wait and wait. Then all of a sudden one of the employees come but to check himself out and doesn't even ask if we need help. Very poor customer service.
