Ordered food and they said it’d take 5 minutes and I was in a hurry as well and it took an additional 10 minutes and I had to ditch the food. Horrible service!!!
Friend wanted his food and was in a hurry but was a 15 min delay. Very slow service.
Friend was in a hurry and we thought he could get the food in a jiffy, turns out, it was not punctual and he had to ditch the food, friend was left disappointed, thats not my only concern, me and my friend got an order from the digital kiosk and we chose to pay in cash from it, and they did not process my order until the money was brought up, i expect better next time!!!
This is the best Taco Bell I've eaten at in the metro. Food was spectacular compared to the other taco bells. Very fresh tasting.
I walked in to Taco Bell today, just a few minutes ago and was greeted by a lady saying, "If you want to place an order you're free to use the kiosk". What happened to customer service? Glad they don't ask for tips at fast food chains. I'd have asked for a refund of my time. I gave the kiosk a shot though. I'm game for a challenge. I saw the toasted breakfast burrito combo on the wall menu and searched for that. Not available via the kiosk. I tried adding all the items together and the combo price did not adjust.
