Making doordash drivers wait over 15minutes while you attend to drivethru is crazy rude.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Taco Bell. I understand that restaurants get busy and employees deal with rushes, but being busy does absolutely NOT excuse poor customer service or unprofessional behavior. I accidentally placed my order as a drive-thru order and came inside to pick it up. Everytime you find a menu item that tastes good they remove it from the menu we waited 20 minutes to be told they dont have chicken anymore.
